Return, Refund and Exchange

We want you to have pleasant shopping experiences with us, with SaufAsia, we provide return, refund and exchange warranty subject to the following terms and conditions.

How do I return product purchased?

Return by mail

Go to contact us and please provide the following details:

  •  Your name
  • Email address
  • Your object – eg: Return request, Damage item received etc
  • Your message. Consist of : contact number, order ID, item SKU, reason for exchange or return, please attach clear images of the defect for our verification & authorisation.

The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 14 calendar days upon receiving the item(s).

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

Exchange or refund

We strictly adhere to product quality and effectiveness of our service. In the event of following happens, we accept exchange and / or refund items.

1)Items damage in transit

  • Damage to goods in transit can occur. We urge buyer to perform below steps upon receiving parcel:
  1.  Inspect parcel & item inside
  2. If damage/torn. take picture
  3. Email us within 24 hours
  4. Received return validation & return number
  5.  Courier to us
  • We will replace with the same item purchased.
  • If no similar stock available, we will refund item cost and be responsible for all delivery cost of the entire exchange process

2) Items purchased are not received

  • Please refer our shipping & delivery
  • We will replace with same item purchased
  • If no similar stock available, we will refund item cost and be responsible for all delivery cost of the entire process.

Return and exchange of items

We accept return of products with below conditions:

1)Purchased size does not fit

  • Item must be refund within 14 calendar days upon receiving the item.
  • Items return must in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories)
  • Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, especially the packaging and the carton box. All items will be inspected once return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to buyer. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  • Any used, modified, scratches or damages caused by buyer careless will not be accepted.
  • We allow one (1) time return only.
  • New exchanged size (subject to stock availability) will be delivered to buyer upon receiving payment of shipping cost.

2) Wrong item delivered

  • Please refer items damage in transit
  • Items return must in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories)
  • Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, especially the packaging and the carton box. All items will be inspected once return.
  • We will replace with same item purchased
  • If no similar stock available, we will refund item cost and be responsible for all delivery cost of the entire exchange process.

Order cancellation

 In a way to provide pleasure shopping experience, we allow cancellation of order subject to following conditions:

  • Item purchased is not yet processed and dispatch.
  • We will deduct 5% admin fee when the refund is made

An exclusion

Please take note that below situations are not considered as manufacturing defects:

  • Slight colour difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the items colours shown on our website. However, the colours buyer saw will depend on the monitor display and other settings, we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
  • Minor stains and scratches
  • The defect caused by customer’s careless handling after delivered.

Refund

Refund will be granted according to following conditions:

  • The refund is subject to approval after quality inspection has been carried out on returned items.
  • Please allow seven (7) working days for inspection and refund process.
  • Refund will be paid through online banking transaction
  • Only full / complete refund granted for items paid by offline payment method. (ATM transfer, online banking or counter banking)
  • Due to additional service charges occur at online payment method like credit card, paypal or easy payment scheme, we could only warrant a partial refund (after deductions of related services charges).
